Refund Policy

The Refund Policy outlined below will govern any refund for your Virtualworkz Membership Plans. Additionally, in some one-off projects, the return policy may be governed by the project contract. In all such cases, the individual project contract’s refund policy will apply in addition to this policy, unless otherwise stated. Virtualworkz bills its customers in advance at the beginning of the billing period based on the matching plan the customer has signed up for.

In the event of a service failure, Virtualworkz will make all reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and redo the task/task/project and return it to the customer. Refunds for under-service will be provided only under the condition that the additional service hours are scaled to the appropriate rate for the plan. All such requests must be directed to the Returns Team at support@virtualworkz.com via direct email or via web form within 3 working days of receipt of the completed assignment/assignment/project, does not meet the requirements whereby the quality of the service is acceptable and there are no deficiencies in the service. The company’s decision will be final and binding in this regard. All tasks/tasks/projects are done only to the extent possible.

Refunds for cancellations or downgrades will only be accepted if the customer has complied with the cancellation/downgrade notice period. Any excess after the notification period adjustment and pending fees, if any, will be refunded to the customer. All cancellations and downgrade requests require 30 days notice.

Refunds on non-usage of plan hours by the client are not permitted. Only Rollovers are permitted as per the terms and conditions of the plan.

Virtualworkz and its virtual assistants shall be not responsible or liable for insufficient or delayed information from customer pertaining to any particular task/s, errors/ mistakes not pertaining to Virtualworkz’ scope of work, the inability of a customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond the control of Virtualworkz.

Any refunds due to payment errors, referral discounts or such items will be issued to your credit card. To prevent fraud, refunds are only issued to the same card from which the payment was made and no substitutions are allowed. i.e. if you pay with your Visa card, the refund can only be issued to the same Visa card number you paid with and not the credit card/cash/check/etc. other.

You may be subject to credit card transaction fees and exchange rate fluctuations for such refunds due to the payment gateway and intermediary banks involved in the transaction; we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. The time it takes to get funds in your credit card account can also vary between different cards/banks. It is our responsibility to issue the agreed refund once the case has been resolved, within 3 business days.
